Hotel Rules

Check-in to the hotel is made upon presentation of an identity document.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 713 dated July 17, 1995, "Documents certifying the identity of citizens of the Russian Federation necessary for registration are:

passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
birth certificate - for persons under the age of 14;
passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation

Check-in time: check-in at 13:00, check-out at 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out at the hotel are charged in addition to the rate as follows:

Early check-in:

In case of check-in before check-out time from 00.00 to 12.00 (earlier booking) is carried out only if there are available rooms, and for an additional fee. According to the Decree of 9.10.2015 No. 1085 p. 29, when placing a consumer from 0:00 to 12:00, the accommodation fee is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half a day.

Late check-out:

from 12:00 to 16:00, 0.25 of the fare is charged;
from 16:00 to 19:00, 0.5 of the accommodation rate is charged;
from 19:00, the full rate per day is charged.

If a guest stays for less than 6 hours without booking a room in advance, the "6 hours". 

Booking of hotel rooms is free of charge.

The reservation is considered guaranteed when making an advance payment in the amount of 1 night of stay at the selected rate. In other cases, the reservation is considered non-guaranteed, and the hotel reserves the right to withdraw the reservation after 18:00. The guaranteed reservation is assigned to the guest until 07:00 in the morning. If the reservation is guaranteed, but the guest for some reason does not check in and does not notify the hotel before 18:00, the hotel charges a fine of 1 night for accommodation.

The guest has the right to free accommodation of no more than one child (up to and including 5 years old) in one room of the hotel without providing an extra bed and breakfast. At the request of the Guest, an additional baby bed can be provided for a child under the age of 5 years inclusive with the provision of breakfast, without shower accessories at a cost of 1050-00 rubles /day. Also, at the request of the Guest, an additional bed (euro cot) can be provided with breakfast and shower accessories, costing 1950-00 rubles / day. Prior approval with the accommodation and booking service is required. The number of breakfasts corresponds to the number of paid nights of accommodation.

Guests of the hotel can be provided with breakfast and sauna access for an additional fee (breakfast – 450 rubles, sauna – 2000 rubles/ hour).
